"They are the nicest and most helpful people. I bought a hot tub about 6 years ago and I love it. They have helped me so much with what I need to do to keep my hot tub in the best shape. When I go in to get chemicals they always call me by name and ask how I am doing, then they take care of all my needs. If you want a hot tub with the best customer service in Lubbock use Alcoe."
