"Alcoe is a great family business, providing high-quality products and outstanding customer service. We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Alcoe, and have found Brad and Steven (and the other great staff members) very knowledgeable, willing to answer questions, and extremely helpful in getting our new Sundance Cameo spa up and running. Their installation was a breeze--and an amazing thing to watch. And we are now enjoying a beautiful new spa in our home every day. But service didn't end with the sale--as we are novice hot tub owners, they are still providing much-needed advice and helping us maintain our spa on an ongoing basis. "We purchased a hot tub from Alcoe Spa a year ago. We loved hand selecting our Sundance hot tub from the size we needed, colors of our choice, to the wonderful features like Bluetooth radio, waterfall feature and more! The owners helped extend our patio, set up the electrical and installed it without a hitch! I even recieved a personal lesson on how to easily maintain the appropriate levels and how to change the filter! If I had questions, they were happy to assist! I can't imagine this experience going any smoother! Our family loves relaxing and enjoying our hot tub oasis! Money well spent! Best company and customer service hands down! Top notch quality and service! If your in the market for a new hot tub, go here first! You won't regret it!"
